Her easy-going and down to earth clinical style elicits authenticity, honesty, and compassion between herself and her clients.As a Vermonter and outdoor enthusiast, Abi places an emphasis on tapping into each client’s interests and values to support multi-dimensional, holistic healing. Abi offers nature-based therapy in outdoor environments and honors the importance of these spaces for some individuals.Abi knows the forms of social oppression such as racism, sexism, incarceration, queerphobia etc functions as traumas to the human condition and are often barriers to mental wellness. She believes sessions should not spend time discussing how we can adapt to forms of oppression, but rather how we thrive and connect beyond them.
