A comprehensive onboarding process

Our onboarding includes setting up your secure email, health record access, and other essential systems, along with a professional headshot. Orientation covers clinical ethics, client confidentiality, documentation bootcamp, and navigating technical tools to support a seamless start in real-world clinical work.

Personalized Mentorship Pairing

Each intern is paired with a dedicated clinician-mentor who provides consistent guidance and support, fostering a learning relationship that adapts to the intern’s unique strengths and goals.

Hands-On Client Experience

Interns engage in weekly client sessions, progressively taking on more responsibilities with direct supervision, gaining firsthand experience in therapeutic practices and client interactions.

Structured Supervision

Interns participate in weekly individual supervision and weekly group supervision sessions, offering consistent spaces for case review, professional feedback, and skill development in a supportive, collaborative environment.

Monthly Specialized Workshops

Led by seasoned professionals, workshops focus on advanced topics like trauma-informed care, CBT techniques, and relationship-building, enriching interns’ practical skills beyond standard training.

End-of-Program Reflection & Evaluation

A thorough assessment and reflection phase that includes feedback from mentors, goal-setting for future steps, and a comprehensive review of the skills and insights gained throughout the program.
