We’re so proud of one of our youngest clients who once rated being in public as a “10/10” fear. This week, they bravely made it all the way to their favorite ice cream shop, with “Eggplant”—their nickname for anxiety—tamed to just a “3.” Small steps forward, sprinkled with a little humor, go a long way in making our days at Eden Valley brighter.
