Every so often we need support navigating life’s transitions and everyday challenges. Meghan works with clients to identify goals while looking at past experiences, behaviors, patterns, and beliefs that may be hindering their growth. She prioritizes working collaboratively with clients in creating a space that is built on trust and safety with an emphasis on humor, candid transparency, and openness. She utilizes a variety of therapeutic modalities including Internal Family Systems (IFS), Narrative Therapy, and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT). Prior to her work as a therapist, Meghan provided early childhood behavior intervention to children and families for over four years. With a master’s degree in social work, she then began providing clinical treatment to youth, adults and families to address trauma, substance use, attachment, depression, and anxiety. She has also received specialized training in complex trauma and family systems. Regardless of the obstacles at hand, Meghan places significant value on building deep connections while listening to client’s experiences without judgment. In sessions with Meghan, clients are met with patience, respect, and understanding.
