Jenny is a master’s student in clinical mental health counseling through Vermont State University and is passionate about helping individuals discover and tap into their own expertise and strengths. She is committed to fostering a safe and supportive environment where clients feels empowered to collaborate in their wellness journey. Jenny uses a variety of therapeutic modalities including Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Mindfulness. In 2023, Jenny completed coursework as an Integrative Health and Wellness Coach at the University of Vermont and became a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC). In her free time, she enjoys time in the woods, laughter, friendship, learning new skills, and family connections.
