One of our teen clients recently beamed as they rattled off a list of things they like about themselves. Just a few months ago, these words would’ve felt impossible. But here they were, smiling ear to ear, saying, “Wow, I used to never say things like this.” Celebrating self-love is something we’ll always make a big deal about!
